Bernardo A Irriberi

Bernardo A Iriberri is of counsel for Richards, Cardinal, Tützer, Zabala & Zaefferer. He has wide experience in corporate law, including foreign companies regulations in Argentina, the formation of joint ventures with domestic companies, shareholders’ agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.Mr Iriberri has also specialised in commercial and investment arbitration under both the ICC Rules of Arbitration and the ICSID and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, having acted as counsel or co-counsel for several international clients.He has participated as a panellist in several commercial arbitration workshops organised by the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and as an arbitrator in the Annual Arbitration Competition jointly organised by the University of Buenos Aires and the Universidad del Rosario of Bogotá, Colombia.
