Audrey Naa Dei Kotey

Audrey Naa Dei Kotey is the managing partner at AudreyGrey. She is a licensed barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She holds a qualifying certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law; a bachelor of laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana Faculty of Law; and a bachelor of arts in psychology and economics, from the University of Ghana (Legon). Audrey is an experienced chartered accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors.

Her focus areas are corporate and financial markets law, corporate restructuring and insolvency, oil and gas, banking and finance, and taxation. Audrey has advised on a wide range of transactions relating to capital markets, acquisitions, finance raising, compliance, property and tax structuring, and undertaking negotiations with regulatory authorities. She is also an experienced insolvency practitioner and is working to develop the corporate rescue culture in Ghana.
