Aruna de Silva is counsel in the dispute resolution practice group at F J & G de Saram. His core practice areas are commercial litigation and arbitration. He has acted or advised in arbitrations under a wide variety of rules, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the International Chamber of Commerce and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. He has also acted for clients in arbitration-related court proceedings, including applications for interim relief, challenges to arbitrators and seeking the enforcement of awards. Aruna holds an LLM (distinction) from University College London and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
