Arabella di Iorio is the managing partner of Maples and Calder’s BVI office, and head of the BVI Litigation and Trusts practice groups. She specialises in complex international commercial litigation, including insolvency, distressed funds, shareholder issues, asset tracing, trust disputes, insurance and reinsurance, professional negligence and contractual claims. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, has considerable arbitration and mediation experience, and is a solicitor advocate who regularly appears in court. Miss di Iorio also advises on non-contentious trust matters.
