Anya Rodríguez Ros

Anya Rodríguez Ros is director of OMG’s legal planning department. She graduated magna cum laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (2006), Santo Domingo, in 2004. She was awarded a scholarship from the French government and has an LLM degree in French, European and international business law from Pantheon-Assas University, France, and a DSU (diplôme supérieur d’université) from the same university. Additionally, she did a clerkship at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, as well as internships in the International Arbitration Departments of White & Case LLP (Paris) and Dechert LLP (Paris). She is a registered arbitrator in the Centre of Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production. Additionally, she is a writer and speaker on international and local arbitration.She specialises in corporate, commercial and international law, investment and commercial arbitration, contractual engineering and foreign investment. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
