He focuses his practice on international arbitration (both commercial and investor-state) and complex litigation in areas of the law, including contracts, business torts, intellectual property, construction (both onshore and offshore), healthcare and power generation. He also has substantial experience in securities, employment and antitrust disputes.
He has represented domestic and international clients in state and federal courts around the country and in both domestic and international arbitration, including proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
