Anna Kirkpatrick is a senior associate in Clifford Chance’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, specialising in business and human rights, international law and international arbitration. Anna has broad experience conducting international arbitrations and litigation in relation to disputes in the energy, mining and construction sectors and advises on the structuring of investments and sovereign immunity issues. She advises on business and human rights issues including in relation to risk management and dispute resolution. According to Chambers Global 2020, ‘a client describes Kirkpatrick as “excellent”, further noting: “She has a very sound understanding, is deeply involved in the efforts for BHR issues and is a very strong voice in that process.”’ She is a trustee of Lawyers against Poverty and the Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the IBA’s Business Human Rights Committee.
