[email protected]Anna Grishchenkova is a full-time arbitrator and a partner at KIAP. She has over 20 years of international dispute resolution experience.
Anna has been involved in over 400 disputes both domestically and internationally as arbitrator, expert and counsel. She has sat in arbitrations administered by the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Commercial Arbitration Court, the International Arbitration Court (Belarus), the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Russian Arbitration Centre.
Anna is a specialist in commercial dispute resolution, construction, engineering and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, and corporate disputes.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits on the panel of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Asian International Arbitration Centre, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. She is also the vice chair of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Russia and the Regional Ambassador for HK45, an organisation for arbitration professionals who are younger than 45.
Anna has been recognised for international arbitration in leading directories, including Chambers Europe , Chambers Global , The Legal 500: EMEA and Best Lawyers , which have described her as a professional with a ‘sound knowledge of law’.
She regularly speaks at industry events on the topic of international arbitration, and she is the author and co-author of several publications, including Psychology and Persuasion Skills in Dispute Resolution , Arbitration in Asia and Commentary on Russian Arbitra tion Laws .
