Anna Gee

Anna is a senior associate in BLP’s Abu Dhabi office, specialising in construction and engineering dispute resolution. She has substantial experience representing a wide range of clients in disputes both in the UK and the UAE.Since relocating to the UAE, Anna has acted for a wide range of international and Middle Eastern clients in arbitrated (ICC, DIAC and ADCCAC) and litigated claims (English, DIFC and DWT). She has advised employers, contractors and subcontractors on both non-contentious and contentious matters. While practising in London, Anna acted for insurers and professionals in relation to professional negligence disputes (including construction professionals) and coverage issues. Such experience included advocacy before masters and district judges, representing clients at mediation and trials in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Anna is Part II registered at the DIFC Courts and can undertake advocacy on behalf of clients in those courts. Anna also has in-house experience from secondments at various major London insurers.
