Ana Amorín Fernández joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and is based in the firm’s Madrid office. She focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, national and international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.
She has represented clients in all stages of civil and arbitration proceedings before multiple courts and institutions.
She is also experienced in acting for sovereign states in recognition, enforcement and set-aside proceedings. She advises Spanish and foreign companies, as well as governments, on drafting contracts and legal opinions, corporate disputes and commercial agreements in the framework of renewable energy distribution and solar projects and the consultancy, hospitality and construction sectors, among other areas.
