Alina has focused her practice on disputes related to the insurance, banking, energy, food and telecommunications industries. Ms Aguilar has been actively involved in civil and commercial litigation proceedings and arbitrations handled under the rules of the International Chambers of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, as well as UNCITRAL rules, as well as in proceedings related to interim measures in connection with arbitration, enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards before state courts.
Alina graduated summa cum laude from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México).
