Alexandre Mazuranic is a Swiss-qualified lawyer and a partner in the firm’s international arbitration practice, based in Geneva.
Alexandre’s practice concentrates on international disputes. He has a wide range of experience in arbitration in the areas of construction, mining and metals, energy (including oil and gas), sales of goods, commodities, pharmaceutical and healthcare, and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as counsel and arbitrator in arbitration conducted under institutional and ad hoc rules and various governing laws.
In addition, he has represented parties before the Swiss Supreme Court in proceedings relating to challenges of arbitral awards.
Alexandre also regularly advises clients on Swiss contract law and on international sanctions (with a focus recently on sanctions concerning Ukraine).
