Adelina Prokop, a trainee advocate, is an associate at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance in the litigation and dispute resolution department. She was a member of the team that successfully advised the Republic of Poland in arbitration proceedings brought before the Institute of Arbitration at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on the basis of the international agreement to protect energy investments – the Energy Charter – and a member of the team that represented an auditor in a widely publicised arbitration with a value in excess of US$130 million relating to the valuation of an M&A transaction. Her experience includes representing clients in international arbitration and commercial litigation in disputes regarding construction, bankruptcy, energy as well as commercial and international law. Adelina graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University with distinction. She is also a graduate of the British Law Centre, University of Cambridge (Cambridge distinction).
