Adam’s involvement in providing an end-to-end project service has included advising government and industry clients through the project delivery life cycle, including dispute minimisation and risk management, claims administration and, ultimately, dispute resolution. This frequently involves advising on the interpretation and administration of PPP, engineering, design, construction, operation and supply contracts, particularly in the energy and resources and transport industries.
Adam has assisted his clients in resolving complex, high-value disputes in these sectors through international and domestic arbitration, litigation, mediation, expert determination, statutory adjudication and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
