Abhijnan Jha is a partner on the dispute resolution team at AZB & Partners. He graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2013 and holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge. He has been involved in several ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings relating to shareholder disputes, supply contracts, option contracts and licensing disputes. He represented IHH Healthcare Bhd in arbitration proceedings as well as arbitration-related court proceedings before the Indian courts. He currently represents Amazon in its dispute with Future Group.

Abhijnan is named in the 2023 edition of The Legal 500: Asia Pacific directory. He is a visiting faculty member at the Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai and teaches a course on international commercial arbitration to postgraduate students. He has also been a guest lecturer at Ashoka University, Sonipat.
