Kristina Fridman is an associate in Baker & McKenzie’s New York office. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. She has advised a number of foreign and domestic clients, particularly in the life sciences industry. She has represented clients involved in International Chamber of Commerce, JAMS, American Arbitration Association, ICSID, and UNCITRAL arbitrations as well as in New York courts. She graduated from Columbia Law School in 2017, where she received the Parker School Certificate for her studies in foreign and comparative law, and magna cum laude from American University in 2011.
