Gabrielle Nater-Bass is a partner at Homburger. Her practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration and litigation. She is an experienced party counsel, arbitrator and legal expert in international commercial arbitration, ad hoc and institutional (including ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL). She also regularly acts as counsel in commercial litigations before state courts. Gabrielle Nater-Bass is listed on the panel of arbitrators of the ICC National Committee (Switzerland) and was recognised by Global Arbitration Review as one of the magazine’s ‘all female top 30’ women in arbitration. She is a board member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, the International Bar Association and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Gabrielle Nater-Bass also serves as a member of the International Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce and is vice president of ArbitralWomen. She was recently invited to join the SIAC Users Council and ICDR International Advisory Committee. Gabrielle Nater-Bass has authored numerous publications in the field of international arbitration and is a frequent speaker at arbitration conferences.
