Deyan Draguiev holds a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Manchester (First Class Honours), UK, and a master of laws degree from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski, Bulgaria, and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, London, UK. He has experience at some of the leading barristers’ chambers in the UK and has clerked with judges in the UK and Bulgaria.
Deyan is part of the commercial, regulatory and disputes group of CMS Sofia, specialising in domestic and international disputes. Deyan has published articles on dispute resolution issues in some of the most reputable law journals in the world. He is listed as arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and is member of the advisory board on publications of the International Chamber for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
