Aileen Truttmann is an associate in Schellenberg Wittmer's international arbitration and litigation group in Geneva. Her practice focuses on international commercial arbitration. Aileen Truttmann graduated from the School of Law of the University of Geneva in 2003. She was a trainee for the next two years in a Geneva law firm. She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2006. Aileen Truttmann then clerked from 2006 to 2008 at the Swiss Supreme Court. She received an LLM in International commercial law from University College London (University of London) in 2009 and joined Schellenberg Wittmer in Geneva the same year. She spent two years with Schellenberg Wittmer's Zurich office in 2011/2012. Aileen Truttmann is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Swiss Arbitration Association. She is also a member of the Board of Reporters for the Institute of Transnational Arbitration (ITA) and regularly reports in this capacity on developments in arbitration in Switzerland.
