Dr Rimantas Daujotas is a senior international disputes counsel at Motieka & Audzevičius. Rimantas has extensive experience in high-value disputes arising under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties and high-value commercial agreements. In addition to international arbitration work, Rimantas worked on a number of high profile international litigations in the Baltics, as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union and the ECHR. Rimantas is one of the leading individuals on investor-state disputes, WTO law and international arbitration in general in Lithuania. Rimantas is constantly included in the list of Who’s Who – Arbitration Leaders and Who’s Who – Litigation Leaders. Currently, Rimantas is a PhD scholar at Queen Mary University’s School of International Arbitration and also holds PhD in international law from Vilnius University. Being a lecturer of international commercial and investment arbitration, Rimantas held positions of visiting scholar at Columbia Law School’s Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration and the National University of Singapore and others.
