Austrian art storage company secures damages against Serbia

UPDATED. An Austrian logistics company specialising in the storage and transport of art has won damages in an ICSID case against Serbia after a tribunal accepted the state had breached its legitimate expectations in relation to a contract which has been held never to have entered force under Serbian law.
