Zimbabwe faces new claim over land reforms as award payment falls due

A group of white Zimbabweans whose farms were seized as part of President Robert Mugabe's land reform programme has threatened a claim against the state based on a rarely used protocol of the South African Development Community, as more than US$230 million damages owed to another group fall due.
