Worldwide freezing order denied in Seychelles resort case

An English court has declined to grant a worldwide freezing order in support of a Paris-seated ICC arbitration between two parties from the Seychelles over the construction of a hotel resort in the Indian Ocean state, which was governed by Seychelles law and had its main evidentiary hearing there.
