Wood focuses on inter-state disputes in Lalive Lecture

The choice between arbitration and permanent courts to resolve the rising number of inter-state disputes was the subject of this year’s Lalive Lecture, delivered by Sir Michael Wood, the former principal legal adviser at the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office who now practises from 20 Essex Street in London.
