Win declared in West African offshore drilling case

UPDATED. US company Kosmos Energy has won an ICC arbitration with its London-listed joint venture partner, Tullow Oil, arising from the termination of a contract for the hire of a drilling rig to use in disputed waters off the coast of West Africa that are claimed by both Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire.
