Vietnam court sets aside hydropower award

A court in Hanoi has set aside a US$93 million award issued by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center in favour of two Chinese state-owned entities over a hydropower plant project, ruling the fact that two of the arbitrators were being sued by one of the parties did not justify moving the arbitration hearings outside the country.
