Veolia-Lithuania dispute heats up

UPDATED - French utility company Veolia has been threatened with €200 million of further claims in a Stockholm arbitration over the operation of a heating system in Lithuania’s capital, Vilnius – while a parallel €100 million ICSID claim brought by the company against the state continues.
