Use of adverse inferences approved by Paris appeal court

UPDATED. The Paris Court of Appeal has approved the drawing of adverse inferences by tribunals in compliance with the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration – refusing to set aside an ICC award against Siemens affiliate Dresser-Rand that was based on such inferences.
