US court won’t block Argentinian suit in highway dispute

A subsidiary of China’s state-owned construction company has failed to block its partner in a US$2.1 billion highway project from pursuing litigation in the Argentinian courts – after a US court refused to compel arbitration of those claims in a pending ICC case.
