US court sides with GE in Nigerian LNG plant dispute

A US court has dismissed an action brought by a Luxembourg company to compel arbitration of a US$500 million dispute with two subsidiaries of GE relating to an LNG project in Nigeria because the respondents are already participating in the arbitral proceedings to contest jurisdiction.
