US court lifts stay on PDVSA refinery seizure

A Delaware court has paved the way for Canadian mining company Crystallex to seize shares in the US refinery business owned by Venezuela’s national oil and gas company PDVSA – lifting a stay of attachment after the US Supreme Court declined an appeal over that decision.
