UK releases Brexit paper on judicial cooperation, with little on arbitration

UPDATED. The UK government has published its first promised "future partnership paper" on the cross-border judicial cooperation framework post-Brexit - with little mention so far of dispute resolution and the possibilities presented by arbitration.
