Tribunal in place for resubmitted Canada coal claim

A NAFTA tribunal is in place to hear a US mining company's US$338 million claim against Canada over the decision of the province of Alberta to phase out coal as an energy source – resubmitted after the predecessor that filed the first case went bankrupt.
