Tribunal hears claim over Nigerian-Chinese hydropower project

An ICC tribunal is hearing a claim for a reported US$2.3 billion brought by a Nigerian energy company which says it has been excluded from a project to build Nigeria’s biggest power plant by the state and its Chinese partner.
