Treaty claims against India get under way

UPDATED. Two investment treaty arbitrations filed against India last year - by Japanese carmaker Nissan and a United Arab Emirates entity – are getting under way before UNCITRAL tribunals, while the state is facing a new claim from a Mauritian investor in a special economic zone.
