Third-party debt must be pursued in India, rules English court

An interim third-party debt order in support of a Scottish oil and gas company's UNCITRAL award against India has been discharged by the English Commercial Court, which ruled that it could not issue a final order as a result of an “exclusive jurisdiction” clause submitting all disputes to the courts in Delhi.
