The justice of the Yukos case – a Russian government view

Andrey Kondakov is the director general of the International Centre for Legal Protection, which was set up by the Russian department of justice to fight the Yukos shareholders’ in their effort to secure US$50 billion damages from the state in line with a 2014 arbitral award that was recently set aside.
