Tanzania faces imminent treaty claim over seized farm
The estate is in Mikindani, in Tanzania's south-eastern Mtwara region
Tanzania has been threatened with a US$30 million investment treaty claim by investors in an estate seized to make way for cement works - with the six-month cooling off period under the treaty due to expire at the end of this month.
