Taiwanese centre launches international rules

Taiwan's 62 year-old arbitration centre has launched a new set of international rules for arbitrations seated outside Taiwan and revealed plans to open in Hong Kong as it seeks to attract cases arising from China's "One Belt, One Road" policy.
