Survey says practitioners prefer no right of appeal

In a new Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner survey, a majority of participants have said they would prefer not to have a right of appeal over an international arbitration award – despite half of them saying they have been on the receiving end of an “obviously incorrect decision”.
