"Succession"-inspired Praelium raises interim measures issue

At this year's David D Caron Praelium hosted by Three Crowns and two leading law schools, Angeline Welsh and Doak Bishop argued a fictional case study inspired by the hit HBO series "Succession" that raised the issue of when an arbitral tribunal can and should grant a party's request for permission to seek interim measures from an English court in support of arbitration.
