States get most wins at SCC, report reveals

A report on investor-state disputes at the SCC Arbitration Institute, which has handled 5% of all publicly known cases, reveals that most awards have been rendered in favour of respondent states, with 21% of tribunals declining jurisdiction and 37% denying all of the investors’ claims.
