Spain faces more payouts over solar reforms

An ICSID tribunal has ordered Spain to pay €42 million to a Luxembourgish subsidiary of US private equity firm First Reserve after holding the state liable for changes to its subsidy regime for renewable energy, as a damages award is rendered in a separate case over the same measures.
