Singapore court restrains litigation against Deutsche Bank after SIAC claim dismissed

A Singapore court has awarded an anti-suit injunction against two company directors to halt court actions in Thailand over an alleged “coup” in a property joint venture, calling it "unconscionable" to pursue the litigation just nine months after a SIAC claim in relation to the same dispute was dismissed with prejudice.
