SIAC debtor posts security in Vietnam mine dispute
A Fortune 500 engineering company has posted US$95 million in security with an Australian court to obtain a temporary stay of enforcement of a SIAC award in favour of the Vietnamese operator of one of the world’s largest tungsten mines.
