Show must go on, rules Singapore court in ICC dispute

A Singaporean court has ruled that consolidated ICC proceedings between Canadian and South Korean food retailers must continue while the company challenges the tribunal’s jurisdiction in court – finding there were no special circumstances to justify a stay of the arbitration.
