Shearman promotes the other Emmanuel

Emmanuel Jacomy, a counsel at Shearman & Sterling who has represented the majority shareholders in Yukos and victims of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, has been promoted to partner as he spearheads the launch of the firm’s international arbitration practice in Beijing.
