Senegal telecoms dispute gives rise to ICC claims

A failed deal for the sale of Senegal’s second-largest mobile operator is understood to have given rise to three ICC claims, brought by the intended seller, Luxembourg-based telecoms company Millicom International Cellular, and intended purchaser the Wari Group.
