Second-wave Yukos case withdrawn "out of the blue"
A Dutch company has withdrawn a US$1.2 billion Energy Charter Treaty claim against Russia over loans made to Yukos - one of a second wave of arbitrations to arise out of the oil giant's collapse that have been taking place in The Hague.
