Samsung liable over Australian mining project

A SIAC-administered tribunal has ordered the construction arm of South Korea’s Samsung to pay US$94 million in a dispute over work on a multibillion-dollar mining project in Australia, but it remains unclear how much of that sum the counterparty in the case will be entitled to collect.
